JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON - (June 27, 2022) Congratulations to Fire Controlman (Aegis) 2nd Class Petty Officer Morgan Thorness who received his frocking letter from Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio Commanding Officer, CDR Stephanie Simoni during a promotion ceremony held at NTAG Headquarters. Thorness, who was pinned by his grandparents is now authorized to assume the title of First Class Petty Officer was thankful for the promotion and thanked all present. NTAG San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes more than 30 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
