Cochrane, a field medical service technician with Bravo Surgical Company, 3d Medical Battalion, embraces Chief Hospital Corpsman Elmer Aquino with Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Pearl Harbor, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, June 30, 2022.
