Norfolk State University Offensive Lineman Colby Byrd speaks with Coast Guard Atlantic Area Commander Vice Adm. Kevin E. Lunday before the “Battle of the Bay” kick-off against rival school Hampton University, Sept. 17, Norfolk, Va. at William “Dick” Price Stadium.
