PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 7, 2022) - A British Royal Marine Commando makes his way to a CH-53E Super Stallion on the flight deck of amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) before conducting a reconnaissance and surveillance exercise, Aug. 7. The Marine Corps consistently trains alongside our allies to increase interoperability, exchanging tactics, techniques, and procedures. Marines and Sailors of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are underway conducting integrated training operations in U.S. 3rd Fleet.
