Rear Adm. Peter Stamatopoulos, commander, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)/Chief of Supply Corps, provides guest speaker remarks during a change of command ceremony for NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC) onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, October 14. During the ceremony, Capt. David D. Carnal (right) relieved Capt. Eugene “Gene” S. Cash (center), as commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC. Cash served as NAVSUP BSC commanding officer from April 2020 to October 2022 and will retire following more than 28 years of service as a Navy Supply Corps Officer.
