Capt. Gene Cash, provides remarks during a change of ceremony for Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC) onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, October 14. During the ceremony, Capt. David D. Carnal relieved Cash as commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC. Rear Adm. Peter Stamatopoulos, commander, NAVSUP/Chief of Supply Corps, presided over the ceremony and provided guest speaker remarks. Cash served as commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC, from April 2020 to October 2022 and will retire following more than 28 years of service as a Navy Supply Corps Officer.
