Alameda, CA - Master Chief Quartermaster David W. Warden, Senior Enlisted Leader, United States Fleet Forces Command Reserve Component, addresses the new northern California chief petty officers (CPO) aboard the USS Hornet (CV 12) museum ship Oct. 22, 2022. Fourteen northern California CPOs had their anchors pinned and donned their CPO covers for the first time in front of their fellow CPOs, command leadership, family, and friends.
