(Oct. 20, 2022) – Air Traffic Controller 2nd Class Petty Officer Julia Castellano, assigned to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Honor Guard presents colors during an award ceremony for the Port Hueneme Navy Exchange (NEX) which won the 2021 Bingham Award, by the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM). NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
