Andrew Matteo who are all assigned to Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force during Exercise Vista Forge, Nov. 2 in Atlanta. Military units comprising of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DCRF) participate in this long-planned, annual exercise to ensure the Department of Defense’s ability to coordinate with local, state, and other federal agencies to save lives and mitigate human suffering during a catastrophic incident through urban search and rescue, and mass casualty decontamination.
