    Myra Burnsed Ammermon tells a story about her family while standing next to her great great grandfather William Spier's grave at Little Creek cemetery, Nov. on Fort Stewart. Spier owned 8,800 acres of land in the Little Creek community. Ammermon's family spanned across both Little Creek and Clyde communities. Spier and his family are buried in the Little Creek cemetery.
