PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 26, 2022) Sailors aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS John P. Murtha (LPD 26) conduct stretcher bearer training, Nov. 26, 2022. Medical training drills are used both in port and underway to ensure that Sailors have the proper training to combat any casualty that may arise. The Makin Island Ready Group, comprised of amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) and amphibious transport docks USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and John P.
