Sgt. Mikedra Andrew, a culinary specialist assigned to 287th Quartermaster company, 3rd Sustainment Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, grills shrimp during a cook-off competition on Fort Stewart, Georgia, Dec. 8, 2022. Soldiers used a Military Kitchen Trailer (MKT) to prepare and cook food. This competition tested the proficiency each team has with their MKT, so when they are mobilized, they are ready and prepared to use it. A MKT is capable of feeding up to 350 Soldiers.
