Ridgecrest, CA – Construction of the Ordnance Test Support and Technical Services Laboratory, located within the Salt Wells/China Lake Propulsion Laboratory began in October 2021 as the seventh project to start under the Officer in Charge of Construction China Lake’s earthquake recovery program. This 64,000 square foot facility is planned to be completed in summer 2023.
