Garcia, marksman, Marine Corps Shooting Team, right, is recognized for winning the Marine Corps newest distinguished marksman and placing second in the individual rifle match during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition, Pacific (MCMCP), Marines Corps Base Hawaii, Feb. 3, 2023. The MCMCP is one of four division matches throughout the U.S. Marine Corps in which U.S. Service members and the Pacific's best shooters participate in a small arms marksmanship competition each year.
