U.S. Marines with Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, present the LT. Gen. Julian C. Smith Trophy for winning first place in the rifle team matches during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition, Pacific (MCMCP), Marines Corps Base Hawaii, Feb. 3, 2023. The MCMCP is one of four division matches throughout the U.S. Marine Corps in which U.S. Service members and the Pacific's best shooters participate in a small arms marksmanship competition each year.
