Command Sgt. Maj. Scott Schroeder, III Corps and Fort Hood, holds a football for Brig. Gen. Dean Milner, deputy commanding general (Canada), III Corps and Fort Hood, to kick at the new Hood Stadium Oct. 19. The football field is one attraction of the new $14 million Hood Stadium complex. The stadium can hold up to 5,500 people and will hold a multitude of sports, entertainment and military events.
