The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has been constructing the new clinic since 2019, which will provide primary care, specialty care, and mental health services to Central Valley veterans. The CBOC is set to be complete by the end of 2023; follow-on projects will include a Community Living Center and Engineering Logistics Building.
