The VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic, loading dock and Central Utility Plant at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District construction site in Stockton, California, Feb. 24, 2023. The district is constructing these two buildings as part of a new medical complex for the VA Northern California Health Care System. The CBOC and CUP are set to be complete by the end of 2023; follow-on projects will include a Community Living Center and Engineering Logistics Building.
