U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 305th Air Mobility Wing conduct an Engine Running Crew Change (ERCC) during exercise White Stag at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., March 8, 2023. An ERCC allows aircrews to swap while the aircraft is still running, minimizing the possibility of maintenance issues. The ERCC was part of exercise White Stag, a full-spectrum readiness exercise that demonstrated the 305th Air Mobility Wing’s overall ability to deploy and sustain rapid global mobility around the world.
