A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 162 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), takes off with a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle while conducting an external lift exercise during MEU Exercise III on Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, Mar. 11, 2023. During the lift, Marines prepared supplies and vehicles to be extracted by aircraft in a simulated expeditionary environment as well as sharpening integration between the logistics and air combat elements of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force.
