New York Army National Guard Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, on duty in the Horn of Africa to provide security for U.S. installations, mark St. Patrick’s Day by parading through Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti on March 17, 2023.
