Maj. Gen. Thomas Mancino, the adjutant general for Oklahoma, delivers a speech to Soldiers assigned to Task Force Tomahawk during their going away ceremony at the Paycom center in Oklahoma City, 15 April 2023. More than 1,000 Oklahoma Army National Guardsmen, including a company each from Nebraska and Indiana, will deploy overseas as Task Force Tomahawk in support of operations within U.S. Africa Command’s area of responsibility.
