Tom Sharder, 99th Regional Support Command, Department of Logistics mechanic and Frank Landis, 99th Regional Support Command, Department of Logistics traffic management specialist inspect a water pump scheduled to deploy to New York City Nov. 5 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The 401st Quartermaster Detachment, 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an Army Reserve unit from Lock Haven, Pa., will operate the pumps and drain water from areas affected most by Hurricane Sandy.
