Robert Thielen, the Infantry Immersion Trainer site manager with Training Support Division, guides members of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the World Presidents’ Organization through a tour of the IIT at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 16, 2012. The YPO and WPO members visited Camp Pendleton to learn how Marines train and to help create a bridge between the private sector and military. The IIT is a state-of-the-art training complex that provides hyper-realistic training to service members preparing to deploy. The YPO and WPO are international associations of leaders from various sectors of business.
