Members of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the World Presidents’ Organization take pictures of animatronics during a tour of the Infantry Immersion Trainer at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 16, 2012. The YPO and WPO members visited Camp Pendleton to learn how Marines train and to help create a bridge between the private sector and military. The IIT is a state-of-the-art training complex that is designed to test a service member’s ability to act under extreme pressure in a realistic training environment. The YPO and WPO are international associations of business leaders who head everything from large international corporations to specialized local businesses.
