GDA Al Wifak is an agricultural development group composed of 40 women farmers in Kebili that sell milk, meat, and wool. With JOBS’ assistance, the GDA sustained all 40 members and expects to create two new jobs. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, GDA Al Wifak’s farmers struggled to find reliable buyers for their products, forcing some to give up their livestock. USAID through JOBS’ grant funded a power tiller that helped them grow more animal feed, enabling them to sustain their herds.
