Don and Jo Ellen Roxworthy of Crystal Lake, Illinois, listen to their daughter, Lt. Col. Beth Roxworthy, speak during the 108th Sustainment Brigade Change of Command Ceremony. Roxworthy of Springfield, Illinois, assumed command of the brigade from Col. Tim Newman of Fisher, Illinois. Roxworthy thanked her parents for letting her join the Illinois Army National Guard almost 30 years ago. The Change of Command ceremony for the Chicago-based brigade was held on Sunday, July 16, during at the brigade's headquarters next to Humboldt Park in Chicago.
