Tim Newman of Fisher, Illinois, with a gift from the 108th Sustainment Brigade during the brigade's Change of Command Ceremony. Newman relinquished command of the 108th Sustainment Brigade to Illinois Army National Guard Lt. Col. Beth Roxworthy of Springfield, Illinois. The Change of Command ceremony for the Chicago-based brigade was held on Sunday, July 16, at the brigade's headquarters next to Humboldt Park in Chicago.
