Sgt. 1st Class Robert Mintz is presented with a U.S. flag and an accompanying certificate stating that the flag had been flown over the National capitol. The presentation occurred in Tampa. Fla., during a ceremony on Dec. 1 where Mintz was awarded the Purple Heart medal for wounds received in Iraq in 2008. On Mintz's left is his wife Tracy.
