The newly constructed 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group (WEG) small boat facility is one of many construction projects included in the Tyndall AFB rebuild. The project is nearing completion and includes upgrades such as more fuel pumps, covered concrete boat docks with lifts for each vessel and a new boat ramp. The small boat facility also supports the mission-critical recovery of subscale aerial targets launched over the Gulf of Mexico. (U.S. Air Force photo by Christine Alombro Walker)
