A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 36th Fighter Squadron takes off from the flightline as it heads toward Malaysia in support of Cope Taufan 23 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Sept. 18, 2023. CTFN23 is a bilateral routine training event with the Royal Malaysian Air Force, where an estimated 220 U.S. personnel will participate alongside cargo aircraft, fighter jets, and similar aircraft under the RMAF.
