    YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 22, 2023) –Hospital corpsman (HM) Myriah Keyser from Naval Hospital Yokosuka's Wellness Center informs on the many mental health resources at the "a Walk to Remember" event marking National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. The trek concluded at Kosano Park, where participants stood in contemplative silence, reinforcing the Navy's commitment to combatting the silent epidemic of suicide. For more than 75 years, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
