Master Sgt. Atarius Henley, the I Corps master fitness trainer and the G4 logistic activities material readiness division sergeant major, received one-on-one physical fitness training advice from Jason Taylor, a strength and conditioning coach, during his visit at the Jensen gym Holistic Health and Readiness Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Oct. 5.
Taylor is assigned to assist 42nd Military Police Brigade Soldiers at the Jensen gym facility, one of the seven H2F facilities on JBLM servicing the subordinate brigades.
The facilities are able to create individual workout plans, group physical fitness training, and help master fitness trainers develop further training plans for the brigades.
