Master Sgt. Atarius Henley, the I Corps master fitness trainer and the G4 logistic activities material readiness division sergeant major, received one-on-one training with Chaddrick Beshirs, a strength and conditioning coach at one of the Holistic Health and Fitness centers on base, to learn what help Soldiers are able to receive at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Oct. 5.
Beshirs is assigned to assist 42nd Military Police Brigade Soldiers at the Jensen gym facility, one of the seven H2F facilities on JBLM servicing the subordinate brigades.
The facilities have physical therapists, registered dietitians, strength and conditioning coaches, and other specialists who are able to meet with Soldiers one-on-one.
