Senior Airman Steven Fazakerley, 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES), sings the U.S. national anthem during a change of command ceremony for the 378th ECES at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oct. 5, 2023.
