U.S. Marines assigned to Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz gather as the unit guidon makes its way onto the base during a 248-mile run as part of a celebration for the upcoming Marine Corps 248th Birthday while in Dededo, Guam, Nov. 8, 2023. The run began at the Southern Invasion Beach where Marines with the 1st Provisional Marine Brigade landed during the Battle of Guam on July 21, 1944.
