Mr. Fred Rangel, U.S. Southern Command regional engagement officer, explains how Colombian marines can utilize the Strategic Leaders International course to a Colombian marine corps delegation and U.S. Marines with Marine Forces South (MARFORSOUTH) during their visit at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School at the John C. Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, Nov. 15, 2023. SLIC is a four-week professional development curriculum designed for senior government officials that challenges partner nation officers’ worldviews and encourages strategic thinking, strengthening U.S. partnerships through exploring regional challenges.
