Parachute packer Army Pvt. David Fosbinder from the 4th Quartermaster Detachment demonstrates what steps to take while packing parachutes on JBER, Jan. 15. He ensures each step is precise, so the parachutes he packs are not faulty. Every 12 years, parachutes are no longer serviceable, and are replaced with up-to-date materials.
