    USAID's support for Waffir Co. set new standards in quality and safety. The successful implementation of ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems enhanced product control, boosted sales methods and quality, and cultivated unwavering customer trust in Waffir Co.'s offerings. Additionally, a comprehensive Human Resources Management System was developed, with staff training conducted for optimal application. This concerted effort ensured maximum engagement, nurtured a positive work culture, and fostered a safe work environment. Thanks to this support from USAID, Waffir Co. overcame challenges and strengthened their competitive advantage.
