Aviation Structural Mechanic (Safety Equipment) Airman Gabriel Neri takes a photo of a miniature-wooden replica of Thailand's Wat Benchamabophit temple as soldiers from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force build a full-size replica of the temple out of snow. More than 130 soldiers from Japan's 101st Signal Exchange Unit are creating the sculpture for the 64th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Neri and several sailors from Naval Air Facility Misawa are in Sapporo representing the base this year, and will be creating a snow sculpture for the festival, which officially kicks off Feb. 4, 2013.
