Brett Stevenson, commanding officer of Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, places a lei on the Lua Kupapau O Nohili (crypt) during an installation tour on Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, Kekaha, Hawaii. During the tour, members of PMRF showed the visitors multiple locations on the installation and talked about PMRF’s cultural, environmental and community impact on Kauai. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain range, capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
