240209-N-ML137-1059 YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Feb. 9, 2024) A pallet of donated books is offloaded from a KC-130 Hercules, attached to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 153 (VMGR-153), onto a forklift at the Yap State International Airport, Feb. 9. Joint Region Marianas coordinated the delivery of school books, which were donated through Pedro C. Lujan Elementary School via the Ayuda Foundation. The 30th Naval Construction Regiment, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25, 734th Air Mobility Squadron, VMGR-153, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, Yap State Department of Education, Yap State Department of Youth and Civic Affairs, and U.S. Army Pacific's Federated States of Micronesia Oceania Engagement Team supported the effort.
