The "Button Man" from the District of Columbia sells merchandise in front the Emancipation Memorial to people on their way to inauguration ceremonies. The Emancipation Memorial is a monument in Lincoln Park in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington. The 57th Presidential Inauguration was held in Washington D.C. on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013. The inauguration included the Presidential Swearing-in Ceremony, Inaugural Address, Inaugural Parade and numerous inaugural balls and galas honoring the elected president of the United States.
