Officer Carey Proskey, Explosive Canine Officer with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency walks Cody, a four-year veteran explosive K-9 officer, during the Presidential Inauguration ceremonies. Cody is trained in explosive detection by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
