Michael Frye, a soldier from the District of Columbia Army National Guard's 273rd Military Police Company, was one of the many National Guardsmen providing crowd control support for the Presidential Inauguration. The 57th Presidential Inauguration was held in Washington Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.
