Royal Thai soldiers with 302nd Engineer Battalion, Royal Thai Army, and U.S. Marines with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, are constructing a new building during an ongoing engineering civic assistance project at the school as part of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Similar structures are being built at four other schools within two other provinces. Cobra Gold, in its 32nd iteration, is a multinational exercise that promotes regional prosperity, security and cooperation among partner militaries. Cao is a combat engineer with 9th ESB.
