CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.
Col. Donald Santillo, commander, Letterkenny Army Depot, and Lt. Col. Kimberly Deaton, commander, Letterkenny Munitions Center, release a covey of quail in the Bobwhite Quail Focus Area March 13, 2024.
Army environmental personnel, the Pennsylvania Game Commission and other state wildlife agencies procured the remaining quail, including 26 released weeks before the official event, from Fort Barfoot and Fort Knox, located in Virginia and Kentucky, respectively.
