CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.
Col. Donald Santillo, commander, Letterkenny Army Depot, and Lt. Col. Kimberly Deaton, commander, Letterkenny Munitions Center, release a covey of quail in the Bobwhite Quail Focus Area March 13, 2024.
Army environmental personnel, the Pennsylvania Game Commission and other state wildlife agencies procured the remaining quail, including a dozen released weeks before the official event, from Fort Barfoot and Fort Knox, located in Virginia and Kentucky, respectively.
