    U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

    Marines from 4th Landing Support Battalion and Sailors from Naval Beach Group 2 position a Humvee as it is moved from the USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo, a maritime prepositioning ship, unto the Improved Navy Lighterage System. The Marines are transferring the equipment in order to test the INLS at sea and to conduct a humanitarian assistance mission in Monrovia, Liberia.
