Navy utility boats and the Improved Navy Lighterage System moor off the side of the USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo, a maritime prepositioning ship. The vehicles aboard the Bobo will be transfer to the High Speed Vessel Swift, via the INLS, in order for the Marines participating in West African Training Cruise 2008 to conduct a humanitarian assistance mission in Monrovia, Liberia.
